I live in Scotland so all my recipes are written in grams however, I have blog views from all over the world. So I have devised this page for everyone who doesn’t work in grams to make it easier to work out how much of each ingredient you need as well as oven temperatures and cake tin sizes.

325 F – 160 C – 140 C Fan – Gas Mark 3
350 F – 180 C – 160 C Fan – Gas Mark 4

If a recipe gives a temperate for a standard oven and you have a fan reduce the fan oven temperature by 20 degrees.
